The box turned up crushed and looking like it had been through it. i felt a bit resentful even having to point it out, like I’m begging for the bare minimum of proper packaging. Really disappointing.

I ordered this from vevor.co.uk and, thankfully, everything was in the box when it arrived. I’m not the most patient person when it comes to flat-pack stuff, so I was glad the instructions were actually clear and I didn’t have to go hunting around for extra tools.
It was all put together in under an hour, even though I faffed about a bit along the way. it was straightforward and didn’t wind me up, which is saying something. Happy with it overall.

Placing the order was easy enough and there wasn’t much fuss, but the checkout took a bit longer than I expected. I wasn’t totally sure if it was loading or if I’d missed something, but it went through in the end.

It came quicker than I was expecting. I figured I’d be waiting a bit longer, but it got here fast, so no complaints from me...

I sent my item back and I’m still waiting for the refund to come through. I’ve contacted support a few times, but they just keep sending the same response, so I don’t know what’s going on?? It’s been really stressful, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again.

They took forever to reply, and it’s still not properly sorted. Frustrating...

Support did get back to me eventually, but it took longer than I expected. What bothered me more was that the updates were vague, like they kept saying someone would look into it soon without really giving me a clear answer or timeline.

I had a small problem with my item after a few months, so I reached out to Vevor about the warranty. Replies took about a day sometimes, but they were polite and helpful, which I think is fair enough. They asked for a couple of photos, then arranged the replacement part and kept me updated along the way. Overall, it was handled well and didn’t turn into a hassle. For the price, I’d say the support was decent.

I ordered this from vevor.co.uk thinking it would be decent for the price, but it felt cheap the second I got it out of the box. Maybe I expected too much, but it gave me the impression they were more focused on making it look good in the listing than making something that actually lasts.

Some of the parts felt flimsy, and one piece didn’t even line up properly, which was frustrating straight away. After only a few uses it started making odd noises, and at that point I didn’t really feel safe carrying on with it.
I wish I’d just paid a bit more and bought from somewhere else. The photos make it look solid enough, but in person it feels poorly made and not worth the hassle...

It does the job okay, so I can’t say it’s totally bad, but it feels a bit flimsy in hand. I’m not sure how long it’ll hold up, and part of me wishes I had spent a little more on something sturdier...

The order arrived quickly and, from what I could tell, most of the kit was in good shape. One bracket was bent though, and I’m sure there were a few screws missing. I had to message support a couple of times, but they did get it sorted in the end. Overall, I’d say it’s worth 4 stars.

I tried using the site on my phone, but it was confusing to navigate. I kept feeling like the mobile experience wasn’t really thought through, and it made me feel a bit dismissed as a customer.

I bought it from vevor.co.uk because I thought I was getting a decent bargain, but that’s kind of on them for making it look better than it is. It does work, so I can’t say it’s completely useless, but the quality feels cheap for the price. Next time I’d probably just pay a bit more somewhere else and avoid the disappointment
